Fourth-grade students from Taper Elementary walk to our plot at the LAUSD Science Center (aka The Farm) to participate in our five-week "Garden Lab" curriculum. We piloted this program in 2021-22 with one class from Taper. Based on our success, the school has asked us to expand this program to include all the fourth-grade classes.
